Northwest Samar State University Students’ Choice Awards for Radio and Television (NSCART) is the longest-running awards where students vote and choose the best and most relevant radio and television content for the youth. This year, Proyekto Pilipino’s Carlo Santiago was awarded as the Best Talk Show Host, alongside Karen Davila for Head Start. In this episode, Fr.
