“Pander to public opinion”, “…following the will of the people”, what’s the difference? To me, this among key reasons a few folks are strongly pro-Noynoy. “With Noynoy’s demonstrated (lack of) firm and visionary leadership, these folks will create the Pilipinas that they desire”.
