<description>I am one of the grand daughters of Dr. Jose Ojeda (niece to Jose Ojeda Jr aka Uncle Oggie who has left a comment to this article). I too have been curious about my grand father&#039;s medical involvement in the Philippines&#039; history and have found this article while searching for information on my grand father. Although I never met my Lolo Paping I have heard numerous stories from my Lola Dr. Emiliana Bonoan Ojeda as well as my mother, aunties and uncles of how he was the personal physician to President Roxas and help many injured soldiers during the Korean War. Thank you also for making reference to his involvement in the health and medical attention he served to President Roxas. I feel honored to be part of his lineage and will pass on this information to the generations that follow.

<description>Thank you for this article. I have been searching so long for an article that would mention my father, Dr. Ojeda, in relation to President Roxas. He died when I was only 15 years old and I have always yearned for some information about his involvement with the President during those years. I only remember him bringing me along as a kid during his house call visits to Dona Trining. Thank you again for this bit of history.
