But I agree, it should be a goldne opportunity for finally ramming things through, since the ideological basis was laid for it with the President declaring we live in a dysfunctional political system. The question is if, first, she truly believes it, second, if she has the nerve to attempt to do away with it, and third, if other can be convinced to permanently extend the status quo. At the heart of deciding whether to go ahead with it is an iron-clad belief that your luck will not run out, and that you truly have everything figured out. The conventional wisdom having been repeatedly disproven since 2005, all signs point to her being able to tell her allies this is a golden opportunity to bring things back to the Golden Age of the KBL or the prewar NP where everybody politically was pretty much happy.
