  1. I dont think Chiz will top the senate election.I think he will just be no 3. Loren will top this election and followed by Villar.

  2. BTW, just like Ca T, I still be believe that it will evetually be 6-5-1 in favor TU

Absolutely! The ‘machinery’ hasn’t kicked into gear yet, syempre kasi kalalabas lang ng ERs sa precinct level e, so kelangan himas-himasin muna yan para pagdating sa canvassing e kahit 8-4 pa in favor of TU e posible.

dont worry manuelbuencamino, your usual suspects will not disappoint.

  3. Does anyone have the pre-election poll and the exit-poll for the Lower House? Foreign press keeps saying that Pro-GMA retains strong Lower House control which means impeachment ain’t gonna happen, any reason to think dem foren-dyers are blowing smoke?

That’s probably true. Some places don’t even have an opposition presence. As stated earlier by supremo, the next 3 years will be all about jockeying for position for 2010.

  4. “I dont think Chiz will top the senate election.I think he will just be no 3. Loren will top this election and followed by Villar.”

i-rumble mo man sila, balibaliktarin mo man ang tambyolo, walang TUta ang mananaig sa top 3, maliban na lang kung aandar na ang makinarya, o kaya’y i-sort mo ang tabulation in ascending order of results.

Sabi nga don’t get mad, get even.

  6. By the way, where the hell is JUJU Cayetano? Because, if he knows the business he’s in, he could extract some more, a lot more. But is he alive still?

  7. di na talaga nadala itong si Abalajing. Akala ko magbabagong anyo na iyan after the death of his apo. Mas malala pa pala.

  8. Some places don’t even have an opposition presence [for the Lower House].

That’s probably because they go with whoever disburses the pork. It would be interesting to see what will happen if it turns out that the people elected a Senate that’s willing to convict on an impeachment. Remember it only takes 70+ votes in the House.

  9. At a precinct for mostly Philippine Navy and Fap personnel and dependents in Cavite City., Trillanes was one of the top winners. Ito talaga shows the sentiments even of military and military dependents. Ano pa ang sasabihin ng mga nagbubulagbulagan at nagbibingibingihan jan.

  10. “i-rumble mo man sila, balibaliktarin mo man ang tambyolo, walang TUta ang mananaig sa top 3, maliban na lang kung aandar na ang makinarya, o kaya’y i-sort mo ang tabulation in ascending order of results.”

Hindi ko na sila kailangan i rumble. they themselves will rumble each other in the coming days. Watch!

  12. Ca t,

Granted that when I first made that comment re Trillanes’ strong showing I only based it on the early quick counts of SWS which others (including you) say are only MM-based. However, if you will refer to Pulse Asia’s nationwide exit polls, Trillanes got a 35%+ rating which landed him at the 9th place. Doesn’t that means that he’s got a broad following nationwide and not just in MM?

But, I’ll still give it the benefit of the doubt and we’ll see.

  13. soledad, you can’t please everyone all the time. if Trillanes has his convictions so do the people who reject violence.

  14. “Dapat si Cayetano naghanap din ng Arroyo tapos pinatakbo laban ke Dato o Mikey o Iggy hehe para makita naman natin kung gaano kabilis ang pagrespond ni Abalos. Pag may tumakbong anak si Abalos sa susunod na eleksyon, magandang gawin din yun sa kanya. Sabi nga don’t get mad, get even.”

That would be nice except we don’t want to become like the Arroyos do we?

  15. tagabukid:

yup. the “machinery” (which i believe we fund) hasn’t kicked in yet. i’m sure there will be a lot more room for maneuvering in the nights that follow, and more money changing hands. the 12-0 TU result in Maguindanao (a result by the way that eludes independent confirmation) is preview of the amazing, incredible, black magic to come. it’ll make lord voldemort look like a street mime.

    acero, maria:

hey i voted for trillanes. 🙂 but see “machinery” above. i’m waiting for the other shoe to drop… that little excuse that will be used to discredit the many other polls and unofficial counts, giving the government a story palatable only to them.

it’ll be interesting how all of this will play out.
