The only way for the economy to move forward is if business is motivated enough to make a move that will positively impact on the economy and move the country forward.
The best way for this to happen is for the government to be run professionally and properly. Less graft, less waste, less politics. An honest-to-goodness good governance will definitely perk up business. Anything else will just not work.
